They also respond to public health emergencies, like disease outbreaks or natural disasters, to make sure people get the care and information they need. Their work helps prevent problems before they start and supports a healthier future for everyone.
Northwest Bergen Regional Health Commission, in partnership with Holy Name, provides public health nursing programs and support to the communities it serves in Bergen County. These programs protect and promote physical and mental health and prevent disease, injury, and disability.
