The CDC is tracking increased respiratory disease activity in the United States for several respiratory diseases, including SARS-CoV-2 and RSV. The highest respiratory disease activity in the United States is occurring across the country’s southern half, with increasing activity in northern states.

If you or your family members have not received the recommended immunizations yet this fall, there is still time. While every season is different, these viruses always have the potential to circulate and cause serious illness, especially among infants, older adults, pregnant people, and those with certain underlying medical conditions. That’s why vaccination is so important. Your healthcare provider can help you decide which vaccines are right for you.
